We strive to offer a smooth, streamlined and stress-free closing. We have 18 continuous years as a rated business with the Better Business Bureau and have an A+ rating and excellent record. We offer weekend and evening signings by appointment and offer remote signings at reasonable rates.

Residential Transaction

A typical residential transaction, including TRID, for a sales price of up to $500,000.00, would include the following average fees:

Escrow Fee, each side $1,140.00
Courier Fee, each side $300.00
Wire Fee, each side $110.00
Email Doc Fee (Buyer) $75.00
Reconveyance, per payoff $75.00
Document Fee, each side $150.00

Refinance Rate $595.00

Mobile Home Transactions, each side $795.00

For transactions over $500,000 please call for a quote.

Discounted rates are available for builders and investors.

All fees are subject to WA state sales tax.
