We strive to offer a smooth, streamlined, and stress-free closing. We have 25+ consecutive years as an A+ rated business with the Better Business Bureau and an excellent record. We offer weekend and evening signings by appointment and also offer remote signings.
Residential Transaction
A typical residential transaction, for a sales price of up to $375,000.00, would include the following average fees:
Escrow Fee, each side $1,470.00
Courier Fee, each side $300.00
Wire Fee, each wire $35.00
Reconveyance, per payoff $75.00
Notary Fee/Signing Services $150.00
Refinance Rate $675.00
Mobile Home Transactions, each side $835.00
For transactions over $375,000, please call for a quote.
Discounted rates are available for builders and investors.
All fees are subject to WA state sales tax.
